The Property Coach Process

Understanding subsidized housing operations and complex reporting requirements is essential to operating affordable housing. Using the Public Housing series of the Property Coach program will focus on the unique needs of affordable housing and implementing tactical plans to accommodate them.

In an eight-hour workshop held once per quarter, you will:

  • Learn to think strategically about the operations of your portfolio
  • Create a tactical plan for achieving your goals and objectives
  • Review your process and plan for the next quarter
  • Network and share ideas with your peers
  • Learn The Property Coach systems and structures to acheive constant results
  • Discuss important topics and disciplines related to your success in Real Estate
